• Before burning your candle, trim your wick to at least ¼ inch to prevent uneven burning or tunneling.
  • Burn for only 2-3 hours at a time and do not exceed 4 hours of burn time.
  • Never leave your candles burning unattended.
  • Light and allow wax to melt until the edges to prevent tunneling.
  • For more safety tips, read the label at the bottom of the candle vessel.
  • If you still experience tunneling, try the foil method: wrap a piece of aluminum foil around the edges and let the candle burn for an hour.
  • If you experience wick drowning, carefully pour out ¼ inch of the melted wax. Let the wax cool, then try burning the candle again.


  • Remove cap and stopper, replace cap, and insert reeds. Allow reeds to soak for ten minutes then flip for stronger scent. Rotate reeds every 3 to 5 days to refresh the scent.
  • Do not light reeds. Keep out of reach of children & pets. Avoid contact with furniture, fabrics & plastic as it may cause damage. Avoid eye and skin contact. Do not ingest.
